Faulkner County, Arkansas declares Confederate History and Heritage Month

Attached is a proclamation declaring April 2008 as Confederate History and Heritage Month in Faulkner County, Arkansas.  County Judge Preston Scroggins signed the proclamation at the request of our Camp.

Our Arkansas Division of the SCV held a Confederate Flag Day Ceremony at 10:30 am on Saturday, 22 Mar 2008 at the State Capitol grounds in Little Rock.
