There will be a Confederate Memorial Day Service in Alva, Florida on April 19 by the Major William M. Footman Camp #1950. The Memorial Service will be in the Alva cemetery at 10:30 AM. Directions below:

On Cemetery Rd
Just west of the community of Alva
Take SR 31 south to SR 78
(this is before you get to the Caloosahatchee Bridge)
Turn east (left)
Turn North (left) onto Cemetery Rd.
This will be about 1 mile west of Alva in Lee county
